Refund Policy

At Kiki The Translator, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@artranslationtechnologies.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund. We will review your request and get back to you promptly.

⚠️ Important Notice

After the 3-day period, all subscription fees are non-refundable, including cases of:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Lack of usage
  • Change of mind

In the event of technical issues or service disruptions, we will make every effort to resolve the problem promptly. However, no refunds will be issued for any downtime or inconvenience experienced.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if a billing error is confirmed, we will credit your account for the incorrect charge. No refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through:

What Happens After Cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • You retain access to all features and benefits until the end of the billing period
  • Cancellation takes effect on the last day of the current billing period
  • The subscription will not automatically renew
  • You can revoke your cancellation request before the subscription renewal date

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING

Modify or Cancel your subscription ONLY via the Manage Subscription page.

DO NOT cancel your subscription via your PayPal account or your bank. This will cancel your subscription immediately on our end and any loss of tokens will not be refunded.
